Makes me think of the Price is Right...
Yeah so we bought a car yesterday. I thought we were "shopping around" and lo and behold we were serious buyers. We got a 2007 Nissan Versa 4 door hatchback. It's pretty cool. I'm a little overwhelmed that we actually bought it but excited at the same time. I'm just hoping it gets the way better gas mileage that we are desiring.
I'd post a photo but I haven't taken any yet. I'll try to do that later today.

Creative Skit Awards - Your Help Desired
I'm going to YW camp in less than a month. I'm over the evening programs. (It has been an experience so far to say the least.) One of my responsibilities is to come up with some awards for the ward skits. I got a grand total of 15 minutes with my youth leaders to brainstorm ideas so we most came up with a list of candy and a list of "categories". If you have any ideas of fun awards (with or without corresponding candy) I would sure love to hear them!

Music Man Update
Well, tonight will be my 4th performance of The Music Man. After a two-week delay we are finally going strong. I must say this experience has been an interesting one. I truly do love performing. That aspect has been very rewarding and enjoyable. I've made some great friends and I feel like I've learned a lot. It has also been way more of a time committment than I anticipated and that has been challenging. I also realize what a difference positive cast members make on the entire show. Here are a few more photos of rehearsals.

Happy Graduation B-rad!
We attended my youngest brother's high school graduation tonight. It was outdoors at Dragon Stadium. We were a little worried about it being too warm but it ended up being super windy. He graduated in a class of 600 and he was right smack dab in the middle. He definitely had family support. Dad, Mom, Melanie, Allison, Jonathan, Jayne, Richard and I were there and when they called his name we stood up and yelled "Go Brad!!!!!" and cheered a bunch. I texted him and he said he couldn't really hear us because it was so windy. Oh well.
Anywho, congratulations to my awesome bro. We are very proud of you. And we hope you'll come visit us (and even do laundry at our house from time to time) in the fall when you are in school in Denton.
