Well, Richard is going in for Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion spinal surgery next week. They are going to remove a disk and fuse the spine together. He'll be in the hospital for a few days then he'll get 3 months of no bending, lifting or twisting. We are pretty excited about the potential results of this experience.
Meanwhile, as we prepare for the surgery we are getting a CPAP machine so Richard can breathe better while he's sleeping.
I'm not sure what fun challenge we will get after the back, but I'm sure we will be totally up to it.
