Dr's comments
The biopsy is finished. The tumor was smaller than it looked on the MRI because it was surrounded in fluid that was drained during the biopsy. They are doing a second CT scan that should show just the tumor. This opens up the possibility for the complete removal of the tumor. We won't know what the tumor actually is untill the lab gets finished. The initial diagnoses of the tumor is that it has a low malignancy. Which is great.
